Michelle Pavlakos – Restaurant Manager
Charlotte, NC native Michelle Pavlakos was a member of Oak Steakhouse’s original team when it opened in 2005. Pavlakos began her career in fine dining working under Indigo Road managing partner Steve Palmer and chef Robert Carter at Charleston’s legendary Peninsula Grill. She combines a hands-on approach in balancing her passion for food, guests and the restaurant staff with the natural love of taking care of people born of her Greek heritage. In addition to a background in hospitality, Pavlakos completed a bachelor’s degree in media communications at the College of Charleston.
