Start out going West on Coleman Blvd or US 17 (Chuck Dawley Blvd.) toward Charleston.
Go over the Cooper River Bridge (Ravenel Bridge) and take East Bay exit, the first exit (on
the right) when you come off the bridge. Follow signs as you come off the ramp
and bend around to meet East Bay Street, and take a left at the light onto
East Bay Street. Follow East Bay Street approximately one mile until you hit
the light at Broad Street. Take a right onto Broad Street and 17 Broad Street
will be up about a block on your left, across from the Wachovia Bank and the
People’s Building.
Start out going East on Honeysuckle Lane
toward Field Circle. Turn left onto Farmington Road. Turn left onto Camp Road.
Turn right onto Folly Road (SC-171). Merge onto James Island Expressway (SC-30
E) toward downtown (SC-61). Take the Lockwood Drive South ramp. Turn slight
right onto Lockwood Drive. Stay on Lockwood Drive, it will bend around and
become Broad Street. Stay on Broad Street for 1 mile. 17 Broad Street will
be on your right, across from the Wachovia Bank and the People’s Building.
Start out going Southeast on Whimbrel Road toward Bufflehead
Drive. Turn right onto Bufflehead Drive. Turn right onto Flyway Drive. Turn
left onto Governors Drive. Turn left onto Kiawah Island Parkway. Turn slight
right onto Betsy Kerrison Parkway, this becomes Bohicket Road. Turn right onto
Maybank Highway (SC-700). Turn left onto Folly Road (SC-171). Stay straight
to go onto Folly Road Blvd. Turn slight right onto Savannah Highway (US-17
N). Take the Lockwood Drive ramp. Take the Lockwood Drive South ramp. Merge
onto Lockwood Drive. Stay on Lockwood Drive, it will bend around and become
Broad Street. Stay on Broad Street for 1 mile. 17 Broad Street will be on your
right, across from the Wachovia Bank and the People’s Building.
Start out going West on McLeod Mill Road toward Main Road. Turn left
onto Main Road. Turn right onto Savannah Highway (US-17 N). Continue to follow
Savannah Highway. Take the Lockwood Drive ramp. Merge onto Lockwood Drive.
Stay on Lockwood Drive, it will bend around and become Broad Street. Stay on
Broad Street for 1 mile. 17 Broad Street will be on your right, across from
the Wachovia Bank and the People’s Building.

Take I-26 East toward Charleston. Take the Meeting Street exit on the left. Turn
slight right onto Meeting Street, stay of Meeting Street for 1.5 miles. Turn
left onto Broad Street. 17 Broad Street will be up about two blocks on your right,
across from the Wachovia Bank and the People’s Building.
From Sullivans Island:
Start out on Station 22 1/2 Street, this becomes Coleman Blvd. (SC-703). Stay
on Coleman Blvd. for about 4.5 miles. Go over the Cooper River Bridge (Ravenel Bridge) and take
East Bay exit, the first exit (on the right) when you come off the bridge. Follow
signs as you come off the ramp and bend around to meet East Bay Street, and take
a left at the light onto East Bay Street. Follow East Bay Street approximately
one mile until you hit the light at Broad Street. Take a right onto Broad Street
