Joseph Jacobson, Executive Chef de Cuisine
Joseph Jacobson has been with Oak Steakhouse since it opened its doors in 2004 when he worked as an expediter. After gaining experience in esteemed kitchens such as the James Beard House and the Carolina Yacht Club, Jacobson returned to Oak Steakhouse in 2007 as Sous Chef and quickly advanced to Executive Chef de Cuisine. A Charleston native with a love for Southern hospitality, Jacobson serves as Jeremiah Bacon’s right-hand-man in the kitchen.
